Refund Policy

At Nando’s Leather Goods, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order leather products. We value your satisfaction and have outlined our refund policy below to ensure a seamless experience. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Most items on our website are made-to-order and require a production lead time. Please check the lead times carefully before placing your order. Lead times can be found on the top scroll banner across the site on all pages.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Pending email confirming your purchase. When production begins, you will receive another email to notify you that your order is being processed.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must request a cancellation before production begins. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund.
  • Once production has started, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Refund Requests

  • Customers may request a refund within 10 days of receiving their order if they are unsatisfied with their product.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at your earliest convenience within the 10-day window. We will provide you with the return address and instructions for the return process.
  • The item must be shipped back to us at your expense within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amounts. This fee does not apply to order cancellations.
  • Returned items must include the original packaging, tags, and be in unused condition.

Damaged Packages

  • Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
  • If there is any damage to the package, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will guide you through the next steps to resolve the matter promptly.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, you may request a refund by following the refund process outlined above, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We take great pride in the durability and quality of our leather goods. Our Craftsmanship Guarantee proudly covers:

  • Failure of product materials
  • Under-delivery of craftsmanship

Non-Refundable Items

  • All Shell Cordovan product sales are final.
  • Items marked as "Sale," "Sample Sales," and "Character Sales" are final and non-refundable.

Important Notes for Returns

  • We encourage you to ship items back using tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
  • Failure to comply with the 7-day shipping deadline or returning items without original packaging and tags may result in the rejection of your refund request.
